Im kind of going to miss being up north…this morning my mom woke my sister and I up at 3am, and we went outside to watch the 2nd largest meteor shower of the year, the Perseid shower. I saw 32 shooting stars in about half an hour, two of which were called bolides, ones that explode when they enter the atmosphere. One of them was as bright as a camera flash.
